Department of Digital Marketing Management

About the Department

Established in August 2015, our department was founded in response to national industrial policy and the rapid, innovative evolution of business models within the modern fashion industry. Its creation was strategically aligned with the unique character of our academic cluster and the industrial development of our region.

Our program is built on the “Front-Shop, Back-Factory” educational philosophy of the College of Fashion and Creativity, an integrated, cross-departmental approach that teaches students to both “Know How to Make and Know How to Sell.”

Following the establishment of specialized departments focused on cultivating talent in design, R&D, production, and service—including Cosmetic Applications, Digital Multimedia, Creative Product Design, Fashion Design, and Fashion Styling—the Department of Fashion Business Management was created to complete the ecosystem. We focus on developing professionals skilled in the planning, operations, and marketing aspects of the fashion and creative industries.

This unique structure makes our institution the first and only vocational university in Taiwan to offer a completely integrated educational pipeline. We cultivate talent across the entire industry value chain, from upstream design, R&D, and production to downstream services and management.

Our Educational Mission

The core of our department’s mission is to develop well-rounded experts for the dynamic fashion industry. We achieve this by focusing our curriculum on five key professional areas: Exhibition and Display Design, Strategic Marketing Planning, Comprehensive Brand Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Digital E-commerce.

Our educational goal is to cultivate graduates who possess a sophisticated blend of Aesthetic Sensibility, Strategic Product Planning skills, Creative Technological proficiency, Innovative Marketing capabilities, and holistic Brand Management expertise.

Ultimately, we are dedicated to shaping the next generation of Creative Planners and Business & Marketing Leaders for the global fashion landscape.
